What's Happening
Last session, important updates were made to restore age-appropriate, biologically accurate health standards in Utah classrooms. HB 317 undermines that progress by reintroducing social and emotional learning concepts that were previously removed through USBE rule.
Utah families worked hard for clear, age-appropriate standards. We should not reverse course.
