 Utahns are being forced to give up their personal medical freedom in order to keep their jobs. If we do not pass legislation now to stop this coercion, it will be too late. Many will lose their jobs. Utah is already facing a labor shortage and cannot afford further pressure. We need a legislation to stop mandates now. We can't afford to wait.
Q: What is a Special Session? A: A Special Session is when the Legislature gets together outside of the regularly scheduled session because of an urgent matter that cannot wait until the regularly scheduled session. In Utah the 2022 regular session will be January 18th - March 4th. Q: How do we get a Special Session called? A: The President of the Senate and Speaker of the House must agree there is an issue that requires immediate attention that cannot wait until the regularly scheduled session. If such an issue arises, the President of the Senate will poll all of the Members of the Senate and the Speaker of the House will poll all of the Representatives of the House. If 2/3 of the Senators AND 2/3 of the Representatives agree that a Special Session is needed then the legislature will convene to address the topic. Q: What can we do to get Special Session to ban vaccine mandates? A: We need to contact our legislators and let them know we do not want vaccine mandates in Utah. We need to copy the leadership of the House and Senate and ask them to call a Special Session to ban vaccine mandates in Utah. We need to explain the urgency. We need a Special Session because we cannot wait until January to pass legislation to prevent vaccine mandates. Even waiting until November will be too late for many Utah citizens. Please do not allow vaccine mandates. My family cannot partake. My brother passed away from vaccine complications and my mother in law died from the Covid vaccine. Please please please protect us and our choice! Our family that can participate has and will but those that cannot shouldn’t be forced

I wonder if Keshia’s mother-in-law’s death was leukemia complicated by the COVID vaccine? It seems like those compromised with other issues are having a much harder time with COVID and the vaccines. I’ve seen some pretty strange cause-of-death categorizations during this pandemic that are more nuanced than they initially appear. I’m sure Keshia has a more nuanced and accurate grasp of what exactly happened to her mother-in-law than the rest of us. It might be helpful to read the death and complication entries in the VAERS system at https://vaers.hhs.gov/ for the COVID vaccines. I have, and it’s been enlightening and disturbing.

My family has natural immunity from COVID-19 back in January. We’ve had positive anti-body tests. We don’t need the vaccine. Natural immunity is proving to be better than vaccines anyway. It’s disturbing to me that natural immunity is never spoken of during discussions about vaccine mandates.

Please do not mandate vaccines. This takes away our freedoms. When you can’t make a choice about your health because if you do you will lose your job- that’s not liberty.

Utah needs to stand firm for freedom. As elected officials I urge you to call for a special session to secure the rights of every citizen to choose. If vaccination protects then allow those who don't choose the protection, it shouldn't be forced on anyone.

I had Covid 4 months ago and now I firmly believe my natural immunity is stronger than the vaccine. Vaccines contain heavy metals, graphene oxide, which has been proven to cause blood clots, and other substances that can harm the body. We must be allowed to choose for ourselves what goes into our body. My body, my choice.
